Sliced chicken with lemon and thyme

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon five spice
- Salt and pepper
- Slice the chicken (thinly sliced ), onion and garlic. Prepare the marinade : pour the lemon juice in a bowl with a teaspoon of honey and add the chicken strips. Mix and let it rest.
- Meanwhile, fry the garlic and sliced onion in 1 spoon of olive oil. Once cooked, set aside.
- Place chicken with marinade to heat in olive oil. Add: spices and thyme and cook 5 minutes. Add the onions and garlic and let caramelized, wet a little if it reduced too much.
- Off the heat, add the yogurt and mix well. Put it back on the fire to warm (yogurt should not cook).
Serve with rice or potatoes and courgette.
